Shipping policy

✅All regular order will ship within 7-21 business days

✅Pre Orders will be shipped in the time frame stated in the listings and if you order any additional items with your pre order everything will be shipped out together so if you need those items faster please make a separate order :)

✅International shipping (select countries only) is available for makeup products only. Unfortunately I don't ship nail polish abroad due to the flammable nature of the polish. Any international orders for nail polish will be cancelled and refunded.

✅All international buyers are responsible for any import fee's your country may charge to you

✅All packages come with tracking from the USPS. Once your order shows "delivered" on the USPS tracking site your order is now complete on our end.  If for some reason the package shows "delivered" and you did not receive it you must contact your post office and file a claim or check with your neighbors. Once it shows delivered our part is done and we are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by the post office that you didn't receive.

✅Lost packages (not showing delivered by the post office) will either be replaced or refunded depending if stock is available and please allow 30 days for your package to arrive before contacting us. 

✅Any packages sent back to me for wrong address listed with payment or moved and left no forwarding address will be reshipped at the buyers expense only
